Spring Forward
Dear winter: I’m so over you. Seriously. I’m ready to go for runs outside, eat lunch al fresco, rock a sun-kissed glow and don bright colors. This past weekend was the perfect sneak peek at what’s to come and totally inspired me to start planning my warm-weather wardrobe.
To celebrate the pending end of winter, I took a stroll around the Central West End and popped into one of my favorite boutiques, Ivy Hill. The jewelry is to die and they’re getting all new merchandise in today! Plus, owner Hillary Dutcher is treating St. Louis Magazine blog readers to 20% off in store and online to celebrate spring and the launch of their new website, ivyhillboutique.com!
Dudes, just in case you forgot your honey on the day of love, I’m sure you could make it up to her with a little something from Ivy Hill (and you can use that $$ you saved to take her out to a nice dinner)!
Enjoy 20% off online through this Wednesday, February 16th, with code: joyandcake. Mention Joy & Cake to get the discount in store as well.
My obsessions:
1. D&M London Blue Czech Glass Necklace
2. Stackable Love Rings
3. Pink Jade Tribe Embroidered Clutch
House of Harlow Press – Stacked Bangles
Available in store at Ivy Hill or online at www.ivyhillboutique.com
Trend Alert: Leather Lovin’
A leather jacket has always been a classic staple for every woman’s wardrobe, so it was no surprise that leather was all over the runways during the Fall 2010 shows. Now, however, leather is expanding past just jackets – it’s great for leggings, skirts and even t-shirts! Whether real or faux, a great leather piece is the perfect way to achieve the urban luxe runway looks right here in St. Louis.

Ladue News Feature!
Did you guys see the September 17th issue of Ladue News? Some of our favorite Ivy Hill pieces were featured in the fall style spread. Be sure to stop in the store for great tops, sequin dresses and leggings!

French Connection Leather Leggings (we LOVE leggings now, but we also can’t wait to pair ‘em with big chunky sweaters and boots once the temperature drops)

French Connection Dresses (sequins are a MUST for cocktail hour this fall)
And… want a little Ivy Hill gossip? The Office star Ellie Kemper just picked up the fabulous peacock dress (center and below) on her last visit to us!
We also have the French Connection navy strapless sequin dress. Navy is a great alternative to black and SO CHIC!
